• It runs on a managed hosting platform with infrastructure-level protections against outages and common attacks.

Information you share

Project information you send us, such as layouts, volumes, and facility data, is used only for your project, shared only with the people and partners who need it, and kept on access-controlled business systems.

If your project requires a non-disclosure agreement or specific data-handling terms, we are glad to put one in place before you share details.

On your site

When we work in your facility or on your systems, we follow your site safety rules and IT access policies, and we limit remote access to what the project or support agreement requires.

Reporting a concern

If you believe you have found a security issue with this website, or suspect an email claiming to be from DeRosa is fraudulent, contact info@derosaautomation.com with the subject “Security”. Please include enough detail for us to reproduce or verify the issue. We ask that you do not access data that is not yours or disrupt the site while investigating.
