How we present the equipment and software we integrate, and what applies when you buy through DeRosa.

Third-party equipment

DeRosa is a systems integrator. The equipment and software shown on this site, including Gorbel Destuff-it and Restuff-it, VisionNav, Modula, GoboSource, and WareBee, are designed and manufactured by our technology partners. Pallet shuttle content describes industry-typical systems; the supplier is selected per project.

Specifications and published results

Specifications, capacities, and performance figures are reproduced from manufacturer documentation and may change without notice. Case results and testimonials reflect specific customer conditions and are not a guarantee of results at your site. Final configurations and figures are confirmed in your proposal.

Quotes and orders

Prices, scope, delivery times, and terms are set out only in a written proposal from DeRosa. Equipment availability and lead times depend on the manufacturer.

Warranty

Equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty, which we help you administer. Integration work performed by DeRosa is covered by the workmanship terms in your contract.

Safety and compliance

Equipment must be installed, operated, and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable workplace safety rules. Projected signage supplements, and does not replace, markings or signage required by your safety program or by regulation.

Trials and rentals

Where offered by the manufacturer, rental or trial units are subject to separate terms provided with the trial.
